Merrell Renaud is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in employment law and litigation. Currently serving as Of Counsel at Miles & Stockbridge P.C. since September 2018, Renaud provides legal counsel to corporations on various employment law matters and conducts internal investigations. Prior roles include Of Counsel at Squire Patton Boggs (US) LLP, where Renaud advised diverse clients, especially within government contracting and IT sectors, and Partner at Reed Smith LLP, focusing on employment litigation and counseling. Renaud began a legal career as a Trial Attorney with the U.S. Department of Justice and gained valuable experience as an Associate and then Partner at Hazel & Thomas. Renaud holds an LLM from Georgetown University Law Center and a JD from Albany Law School.
