Jamie Miller is a seasoned transactional finance senior paralegal with over two decades of experience in commercial real estate and corporate law. Currently at Miles & Stockbridge P.C. since August 2011, Jamie specializes in title and survey review, due diligence, and closings, having notably assisted in a bond closing for an ACG Maryland Deal of the Year nominee, and successfully closed a significant $105MM real property refinance transaction. Previous roles include paralegal positions at Tiber Hudson LLC, Steven A. Loewy, P.A., and Arent Fox, along with ownership of Double House Settlement Services, LLC. Jamie holds a Bachelor of Science in Paralegal Studies from Villa Julie College and has continuously demonstrated expertise in managing complex legal transactions across multiple jurisdictions.
