Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in nutrition, business ownership, and compliance. Since August 2020, Mariana has been the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Mariana has also served as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016, and previously owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Additionally, Mariana worked as a nutritionist at a private practice from February 2016 to 2019 and taught university courses on applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017. Academic qualifications include a Diplomatura in Business Administration from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020) and a Bachelor’s degree in Food, Nutrition, and Well-being from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015).
