John Restaino is a seasoned legal professional and academic with extensive experience in various roles. Currently, John serves as a Senior Partner at Milberg Coleman Bryson Phillips Grossman since May 2023. Concurrently, John has been an Associate (Adjunct) Professor at the University of South Carolina College of Pharmacy and a Faculty Member at the Southern Network on Adverse Reactions (SONAR) since September 2011. John is also the Founding Partner and Head of Litigation at The Restaino Law Firm, P.C., since January 2011, and held the position of Partner at Dalimonte Rueb Stoller from June 2019 to May 2023. Earlier in John's career, John owned Restaino Law, LLC, and was a Shareholder at the Law Firm of Burg Simpson Eldredge Hersh & Jardine from 2007 to 2010. Academic credentials include a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology from The Johns Hopkins School of Public Health, a Juris Doctor from Western State College of Law, a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from California College of Podiatric Medicine, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
