Nick Prickel is a Senior Vice President at Vista Equity Partners, leading private equity investments in software and technology-enabled services since July 2016. With extensive experience, Nick serves on the boards of multiple platform companies, including Applause and Gainsight, and has held various leadership roles in transaction execution and personnel management within the firm. Prior to this, Nick held positions at Aptean, where responsibilities included strategic operations and overseeing significant acquisitions, and began a career in finance at Rothschild focusing on mergers and acquisitions. Academically, Nick earned a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering and Economics from Washington University in St. Louis.
