Huanbo Zeng is an associate at Milbank LLP since November 2017, focusing on the representation of lenders and equity investors in renewable energy and infrastructure projects across the United States. Previously, Huanbo served as a Milbank Pro Bono Legal Fellow at the Natural Resources Defense Council, where the emphasis was on clean energy policy and environmental project financing. Earlier experience includes roles as a summer associate at Milbank LLP and as a summer legal fellow with the NYC Mayor's Office for International Affairs. Huanbo began a career in financial services as a representative and investment consultant at TD, advising on various investment options and real estate secured lending. Huanbo holds an Honours BS in Philosophy and Biology from the University of Toronto and a J.D. from New York University School of Law, earned in 2017.
