Mari Ihatsu is an Associate at Borenius, with experience as an Associate Trainee, and has served as a Trainee District Judge at the District Court of Kanta-Häme from January to December 2023. Previous roles include Legal Trainee at the Ministry of Justice in Finland and Krogerus, as well as Legal Trainee positions at Pohjois-Karjalan oikeusaputoimisto and Asianajotoimisto Simonen & Savolainen Oy.
