Dawn Wright-Perry has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Dawn began their career at GE Money in 1993, where they worked as a Promo Team member until 1998. Dawn then moved to Superior Essex, where they served as a Customer Service Representative from 1998 to 2003. In 2003, they joined Milbank | Energy at Work, starting as a Customer Service Representative for the West Coast. Dawn later transitioned to become a Retail Services Manager, responsible for managing national accounts with Lowe's and Home Depot. In this role, they focused on data collection and management for various systems. Continuing their progression, they became a Master Data Manager in 2011, overseeing the management of master data within the company. In 2016, they took on the position of Data & Sales Analytics Manager, utilizing their analytical skills to support sales efforts. Most recently, Dawn served as a Sales System Manager, responsible for managing sales systems and processes.

From 1992 to 1994, Dawn Wright-Perry attended Johnson County Community College to pursue an Associates degree in Interior Design.
