Sylvie Mong de Verchere has worked in the cosmetics industry since 1996. Sylvie began their career at L'Oréal as a Marketing Manager and Haircolor Group Manager in the Consumer Division. In 2002, they moved to Pernod Ricard as a Senior Product Manager. In 2004, they worked as a Marketing Group Manager for Overseas at Bel cheese. From 2005 to 2010, they held Associate Marketing Director and Associate Marketing Director for Haircare & Bodycare - Innovation roles at Colgate Palmolive. In 2010, they worked as the Asia Commercial and Marketing Director at Jurlique. From 2012 to 2014, they were the Regional Marketing Director Asia at La Prairie Group. Since 2018, they have been the VP Marketing & Direct Accounts, International at Milani Cosmetics, introducing the LA-based masstige cosmetics brand to Asia and Europe and building the Marketing and Sales hub out of Hong Kong.

Sylvie Mong de Verchere attended Lycee Janson de Sailly from 1988 to 1991. Sylvie then attended emlyon business school from 1994 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
