Ilgvars Lusis has a diverse work experience in the field of engineering. Ilgvars started their career in 2008 at SAF Tehnika JSC, where they worked as an assembly engineer and later as an assistant manager in the assembly department until 2017. In 2018, they joined mobicare SIA as a Manager and Senior Technician. Currently, they are employed at MikroTik as the Lead PCB prototype assembly engineer, responsible for production planning, programming PCB mounting equipment, maintenance, employee training, and data analysis to optimize production and achieve department and company goals.

Ilgvars Lusis completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General at Riga Tehnical University from 2010 to 2016. Ilgvars is currently pursuing a Master's degree in the same field at Rīgas Tehniskā universitāte. In addition, they obtained several certifications including Google Adwords second level and Google Mobile Advertising from Digital Journey in 2017, as well as various online marketing and analytics certifications from LinkedIn.
