Raiff Hazanow has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Raiff started their career as a Gerente de Tienda at Tienda Veterinaria PET´S HOME in 2009, where they handled human resources, customer service, and inventory management. Raiff then worked as a Coordinador de Ventas at OSMOSALUD, C.A. in 2012, negotiating sales of reverse osmosis plants for commercial and residential use. In 2013, they interned as a Marketing Intern at Tamanaco, where they contributed to the development of a new product database and proposed optimizations for the plant layout.

Raiff then joined The Clorox Company as a GSS (Global Strategic Sourcing), where they were responsible for purchasing raw materials and managing suppliers using SAP. In 2014, they moved to Deloitte Venezuela as a Strategy Operations Consultant and later as an SAP B1 Consultant. Raiff provided consulting services in these roles and gained experience in strategy and operations. In 2016, Raiff worked as a Web Developer at neuvoo, where they developed websites.

Raiff'smost recent position is Director of Engineering at Talent.com, starting in 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Engineering Manager at Talent.com, managing the B2B vertical and collaborating with the C-Suite to align priorities and execute projects. Raiff also served as a Technical Lead at Talent.com and played a key role in the company's technical leadership.

Raiff Hazanow earned a Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering from Universidad Simón Bolívar between 2009 and 2014. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering at UCAB - Universidad Católica Andrés Bello from 2006 to 2009. Raiff'ssecondary education was completed at Unidad Educativa Colegio Claret, where they obtained a High School diploma in Science from 1994 to 2005. In terms of additional certifications, Raiff Hazanow obtained a certification in "Programming Foundations: Object-Oriented Design" from LinkedIn in 2020.
