Josh Keefe is an experienced operations and site manager with a demonstrated history in various organizations. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Mikisew Group since October 2019, Josh is responsible for analyzing and improving production processes, managing quality assurance and safety programs, and developing production plans based on demand forecasts. Prior to this role, Josh worked as Site Manager at Guthrie Mechanical from December 2009 to October 2019, where responsibilities included creating and implementing safety and training programs, managing over 100 employees, and overseeing facilities management. Additional experience includes a managerial position at Alberta Management and Property Maintenance, focusing on supply chain and project management, and a leadership role at Cooks Aqua, managing team operations and inventory. Josh holds a Maintenance Management Professional degree from Keyano College and additional educational credentials from NBCC and Grand Falls Academy.
