Vera Bogatykh is an experienced professional in human resources, currently serving as the Head of Compensation and Benefits at Metalloinvest since May 2019. Prior to this role, Vera has held the position of Senior Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers since July 2006, where responsibilities included job evaluation, performance management systems design, and HR processes optimization.
