Oksana Shipacheva is a Sustainable Development Manager at Metalloinvest since January 2022 and serves as Project Manager for the EcoDesign Circle 4.0 project with LTD Medina Art, focusing on eco-design initiatives and social media strategies. Oksana's previous experience includes roles as CSR Intern at Gazprom Neft, Business Development Intern at Dnevnik.ru, and an intern in various capacities at organizations promoting employment for people with disabilities and technology transfer. Oksana holds a Master's degree in Management and Analytics for Business from the Higher School of Economics and dual Bachelor's degrees in Public Administration from St. Petersburg State University.
