Natalia Yatsenko (Bespalova) is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as the Head of the Debt Finance Division at Metalloinvest since November 2023, focusing on debt management, factoring, letters of credit, guarantees, and operational finance. Prior to this role, Natalia held the position of Executive Director at Gazprombank from January 2017 to November 2023, where responsibilities included capital markets, international relations, and cross-border cooperation. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Executive Manager at ROSNEFT OIL COMPANY LTD from June 2010 to January 2017 and as an Analyst at the Central Bank of the Russian Federation in early 2010. Natalia holds a Specialist degree in International Finance from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO), completed in 2010.
