Anthony Spiduro is an experienced Support Specialist Tier 2 currently employed at MTS Pro Services since April 2022, following its acquisition of Springboard IT. Prior to this role, Anthony spent over a decade at Springboard Media, where responsibilities included providing remote and onsite support for Mac OS, Apple hardware repair, and various software solutions such as Microsoft Office 365 and G Suite. Anthony also held positions as Lead Technician and Senior Technician, delivering comprehensive technical support for Macintosh computers and Apple mobile devices, while exceeding performance goals in a collaborative team environment. Earlier experience includes a role as Mac Genius at Apple, where technical support was provided in a fast-paced setting at the Genius Bar. Anthony holds current ACMT and ACSP certifications.
