Alelí Martínez Franco has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2008 when they were a Computer Engineer for Hotel Paradisus Princesa del Mar. In 2010, they took on the role of PHP Developer for DESOFT, and in 2008, they began working as a Web Developer for Figaro Consulting SRL. Most recently, in 2015, they became the Lead Developer for Mikes Cigars.

Alelí Martínez Franco completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and a degree in Ingeniería informática from Universidad de las Ciencias Informáticas between 2003 and 2008.
