Robert Van Dyke has extensive experience in customer service and team development, currently serving as District Manager and previously as General Manager at Mike's Carwash since April 2013. In addition to their work at Mike's Carwash, Robert held multiple roles at Big Brothers Big Sisters of America from September 2016 to May 2019, focusing on assisting youth in reaching their full potential. Robert also contributed as Assistant Speech & Debate Coach at South Side High School from August 2015 to April 2017, mentoring students in the IHSFA forensics program. Robert Van Dyke graduated from South Side High School in 2013 with an International Baccalaureate Diploma and is currently pursuing a degree in Communication and Media Studies at the University of Cincinnati.
