Randy Wenner has over 20 years of professional experience in the technology and customer service industries. Randy began their career in 1996 as a Laser Print Operator at Sterling Direct. In 1997, they moved to DST Corporation as a Laser Print Supervisor. In 2003, they joined Ceridian Corporation as a Print Service Consultant, where they were responsible for the implementation of payroll software and providing second tier customer support. In 2006, they began working at TALX Corporation as an Implementation Manager, where they were responsible for implementation of customers on The Work Number.com and managing projects during and after the implementation process. In 2014, they worked at Frederick J Hanna & Associates, P.C. as a Technical Services Analyst, and at Word Pro System as a Network Technician. Since 2015, they have been employed at Mike Technologies as a Service Engineer.

Randy Wenner attended St. John The Baptist High School from 1984 to 1988, earning an Academic degree. Randy then attended Meramec Community College from 1996 to 1997, studying Computers. Finally, they completed an Associate's Degree in Applied Science/Network System Administration at ITT Technical Institute-Arnold in 2014.
