Frank Myers has over 25 years of work experience in local government. Frank began their career in 1991 as City Manager of Hazel Park, Michigan. From 1994 to 1998, they were Town Manager of West Warwick, Rhode Island. Frank then moved to Trotwood, Ohio, where they served as City Manager from 1998 to 2004. In 2004, they became Village Administrator of Matteson, Illinois. In 2005, they were hired as Vice President for Marketing and Local Government Services at The Kilduff Company in Mequon, Wisconsin. From 2006 to 2008, they were City Administrator of Crestwood, Missouri. Frank then served as City Administrator of Glendale, Missouri from 2008 to 2010. In 2011, they were City Administrator of Dellwood, Missouri, and in 2012, they became President of Strategic Development Solutions.
Frank Myers received a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development from Ottawa University in 1981, after studying there from 1977 to 1981. Frank then went on to obtain a Masters Degree in Public Administration from The University of Kansas from 1981 to 1983.
