Rachelle Bou Nader serves as the Head of Human Resources and Organizational Development Department at Mike Sport, overseeing operations in Lebanon, Iraq, Cyprus, and Armenia since November 2017. Prior to this role, Rachelle held the position of Head of Human Resources for Franchise Partners of Adidas across Romania, Bulgaria, and Cyprus. Rachelle's extensive experience in the field of human resources includes roles such as Senior HR Generalist, HR Administration Coordinator, Office Administrator, and Front Desk Administrator at OMT - Online Money Transfer from August 2012 to November 2017. Rachelle's educational background includes a Professional Human Resources Diploma from Haigazian University and a Bachelor's degree in Information Science and Documentation from Lebanese University. Additionally, Rachelle studied humanities at Saint François Xavier.
