Kelvin Howell has extensive experience in the real estate industry, currently serving as the Fendalton Brand and Territory Owner and Licensed Sales Person at Mike Pero Real Estate since January 2013. Prior to this role, Kelvin worked as a Real Estate Agent at Ray White from 2002 to 2012 and spent 13 years in operations with the Department of Corrections in New Zealand from 1989 to 2002. Kelvin completed education at The Open Polytechnic of New Zealand between 2007 and 2008 and attended Shirley Boys High School.
