Latanya Downer is a Quality Control Analyst III at Mikart, LLC, since June 2019, where responsibilities include analyzing raw materials in accordance with GMP standards and monitoring testing procedures to meet established SOP specifications. Prior experience includes serving as a Graduate Research Assistant at Kennesaw State University from August 2017 to May 2019, focusing on the design and fabrication of composite materials for photocatalytic applications, and as a Graduate Teaching Assistant for General Chemistry labs, ensuring effective student understanding and evaluating lab reports. Earlier roles include an Undergraduate Research Assistant position at The University of Kansas in 2016 and at Northeastern University in 2015, engaging in protein analysis and sample digestion techniques. Latanya Downer holds a Master's degree in Chemical Science from Kennesaw State University and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Savannah State University.
