Vikas Arora's work experience begins in 2009, where they worked at Dish Network as a Marketing Specialist, focusing on niche affluent communities. Vikas managed marketing budgets, created region-specific campaigns, and analyzed data to improve profitability. In 2010, they became the Manager of International Content Acquisition, responsible for evaluating and negotiating deals with major content providers. In 2012, they co-founded MIKADO International, an advertising agency where they served as the Chief Growth Officer, assisting brands in catering to underserved cultural and religious communities. Vikas later became the Managing Partner and CEO of the company.
Vikas Arora obtained a Master's degree in Marketing from the University of Nottingham, where they attended from 2006 to 2007.
