Chelsea Mihalko Trimbath started their work experience in 2009 as a Tenant Representation at Jones Lang LaSalle until December 2012. From 2012, they became the Vice President at Mihalko's General Contracting.

Chelsea Mihalko Trimbath completed their education with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a specialization in Finance and Real Estate, from PennWest Clarion in 2009. Chelsea then pursued their Masters of Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business, graduating in 2012. Additionally, they hold a Pennsylvania Real Estate License.
