YeÅŸim Åžahin MSc, EMBA, PMP, PSM-I, PAL-I has over 25 years of work experience, starting in 1996 at Anadolu Hayat Life Insurance Company where they worked as a Specialist until 1998. YeÅŸim Åžahin then joined Migros Ticaret A.Åž. in 1998 as an Oracle Developer and subsequently worked as a System Analyst & Programmer from 2004 to 2009. From 2009 to 2017, they served as an IT Project Manager at Migros, followed by a role as Demand&Project Group Manager from 2017 to 2020. YeÅŸim Åžahin then became the Project, Portfolio and Agile Transformation Group Manager until 2022, before assuming their current role as the Project, Portfolio and Agile Transformation Director at Migros Ticaret A.Åž.

Yeşim Şahin has a Master of Science (MSc) in System Analysis from Istanbul Technical University which they obtained from 1998 to 2000. Yeşim Şahin also holds an Executive MBA from Sabanci University, and they studied Global Business Innovation at Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna. Furthermore, they completed the Leadership and Innovation Program at MIT Sloan School of Management and studied KÜMPEM at Koç University. In addition to their postgraduate studies, they obtained a Mathematical Engineering degree from Istanbul Technical University from 1991 to 1995.
