Shailesh Acharya is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of MEL at Migrants Resilience Collaborative, Shailesh has held senior roles including PMEL Senior Manager and Manager at Solidaridad Network and Assistant Manager for Monitoring and Evaluation at TechnoServe. Shailesh's expertise encompasses developing programme implementation plans, conducting evaluations, and managing complex projects while ensuring timely deliverables and client relationships. Prior to these roles, Shailesh contributed to Oxfam India in supporting MEL strategies across thematic portfolios, and has also worked as a Marketing Manager and Business Development Executive in earlier positions. Shailesh holds an MBA in Development Studies from the Indian Institute of Forest Management and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Rajasthan.
