Arjun Malhotra holds a Bachelor's Degree in Classical Studies from Royal Holloway, University of London, and possesses extensive experience in the non-profit sector, particularly in refugee support and client involvement. As the Head of Client Voice at Migrant Help since April 2021, Arjun has led strategic initiatives to enhance cultural change by prioritizing client involvement, ensuring that the voices of refugees and survivors of modern-day slavery shape the charity's work. Previously, as Involvement and Participation Manager at Migrant Help, Arjun designed a five-year co-production strategy that empowered over 200 staff and significant participation from individuals with lived experiences. At the British Red Cross from May 2014 to April 2021, Arjun served as Service Manager for Refugee Support, where a targeted outreach campaign increased service user reach by 43%, and as Service Coordinator, successfully managing a team to provide advocacy and psychosocial support to vulnerable migrants while ensuring high-quality service delivery.
