Dylan Elzinga has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several industries. In 2022, they joined Mignot & de Block BV as a Marketing Manager for BNX. Prior to that, from 2021 to 2022, they worked at Ben & Jerry's as a Brand Manager for Ice Cream. Dylan'slongest tenure was at Unilever, where they held various roles from 2013 to 2022, including Brand Partnerships & Sponsoring Manager, Brand Development Manager for Ice Cream brands, Brand Manager for B-Better Water, Brand Manager for Leaf Tea, Channel Marketing Manager, Key Account Manager, and Senior Rayon Manager. Dylan Elzinga has a diverse education history. In 2003, they attended Luzac for pre-university education (VWO) for a year. From 2004 to 2009, Dylan pursued a bachelor's degree in Public Administration and Organization at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam). Following this, they continued their education at VU Amsterdam and obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Policy, Communication, and Organization from 2009 to 2011.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Dylan has acquired additional certifications. In May 2014, they became a Weng Chun Kung Fu Base Level Instructor from the Shaolin Weng Chun Kung Fu Academy. Dylan further expanded their skillset by completing the Unilever Marketing Foundation Programme in November 2020 under the institution of Unilever.
