Alfred's career also includes notable contributions in the food industry, notably as the Director of Integrated Marketing at Dunkin' Brands, where they led the successful introduction of fresh baked bagels. Additionally, they played a crucial role in the franchise and marketing efforts at Boston Market as a Founding Member and the first Franchise & Marketing Director.
