Robert Bronersky has a strong background in operations and management. From 2017 to present, they have been working at Mighty Oak Medical, where they started as the Manager of Operations and quickly moved up to Director of Operations. Since June 2020, they have held the position of Vice President of Operations. Prior to that, from 2011 to 2016, they worked at Baxter International Inc. in various roles, including Manager of Operations, Customer Integration Services, and Site Integration Leader. Robert also worked as a Systems Specialist at Baxter from 2011 to 2014. Before joining Baxter, they worked as a Senior Engineer at Fenwal, Inc. from 2010 to 2011. Their career began at Nanosphere, where they worked as a Field Service Manager from 2005 to 2010.

Robert Bronersky completed their Bachelor of Science in Marketing at Northern Illinois University from 1999 to 2004. Robert then pursued further education and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business Strategy from the University of Colorado Denver, which they completed from 2020 to 2023.
