Grady Rudolph has extensive work experience in software engineering and development, beginning in 2008 as a Computer Science Intern for Thermo King. In 2009, they held a Co-op Pre-Professional Programer position at IBM, as well as a Software Engineer Intern position at Maverick Software Consulting. In 2010, Grady worked as a Software Engineer at IBM, and from 2012 to 2016, they were an iOS Developer, Android Developer, and Webservices Developer at DoApp, Inc. From 2017 to 2021, Grady held the positions of Principal Engineer and Senior iOS Developer at PointClickCare, and is currently an iOS Manager and Senior Software Engineer at Mighty Networks. Throughout their career, Grady has created and architected features including user interface and interaction, automatic syncing with JSON REST API, local database, offline support, conflict resolution, HIPAA compliance, user authorization including Touch ID, graphs, index and search, and appointment overlap algorithm. Grady has also handled the demand of 5,000,000+ monthly active users, and developed high quality application features which exceed client goals and end user expectations.

Grady Rudolph attended the University of Minnesota from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
