Jenna McDermott brings 12+ years of experience in Supply Chain and Operations. She started her career with Raytheon Technologies (formerly United Technologies) leading an international team of Supplier Development Engineers working with manufacturers of aerospace products. Later she joined Shield Al, a startup focused on building Al powered robots to lead Operations and Supply Chain. While at Shield Al she opened a new production facility and transitioned a key product line in house within 8 months. Most recently she led the Supply Chain department at Truvian Sciences. In this role she reduced Truvian’s Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) by 20% within 12 months through supplier process improvements and targeted negotiations.
