Eric Lemm is a seasoned professional in asset management with extensive experience in the real estate sector. Currently serving as Senior Asset Manager at MIG Real Estate since June 2020, Eric has previously held key positions such as Director of Asset Management at InvestRes and Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis at LivCor. Eric's career began with roles as an Asset Management Analyst at New Life Multi-Family Management and as an Intern Financial Analyst at both Target and Camden Property Trust. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Iowa State University and a certificate in Multi-Family Property Management Training from the Community Investment Corporation in Chicago.
