Barbara Kaiser has held the position of Senior Marketing- & Communication Manager for Smart Home/Electronics at Miele since January 2017, serving as a deputy for the Head of Marketing and Rollout. Prior to this role, Barbara was a PR Manager and Media Spokesperson at Jung von Matt/Limmat and a PR Consultant & Content Specialist at Zenhäusern & Partner AG, where expertise included communication strategies, media relations, social media, and crisis communication. Barbara's career began as a PR Assistant at Ketchum Pleon while studying and includes project management experience with Marketing Manufaktur. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts in Digital Management from Hyper Island and a Bachelor of Arts in Arts of Communication from ZHAW Zurich University of Applied Sciences, along with additional training in transcultural communication and mediation.
