Ryan Dunn has extensive experience in the real estate and investment sector, currently serving as AVP of Development at Midwood Investment & Development since July 2021. Prior roles include Associate Director of Acquisitions & Asset Management and Acquisitions Analyst at HFZ Capital Group from July 2017 to July 2021. Ryan started as a Senior Development Risk Management Analyst at Boston Financial Investment Management, LP, from July 2013 to April 2017, following positions as a Senior Fund Accountant and Fund Accountant at State Street. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration and Management from Boston University and is currently pursuing a degree in Real Estate Finance from the same institution.
