Josh DeBoer has a strong background in commercial banking, with a focus on customer relationship management and building strong relationships with companies of all sizes. Josh has experience working with a range of industries, including manufacturing, distribution, professional services, non-profit, and service industry companies. Josh has held positions at MidWestOne Bank as Vice President Commercial Banking since May 2018, at Western Bank as Vice President Commercial Banking from January 2016 to May 2018, at BMO Harris Bank as Assistant Vice President - Business Banking from July 2008 to January 2016, and at Clark Consulting as a Plan Analyst from September 2006 to July 2008.

Josh DeBoer attended Christopher Newport University from 2000 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Marketing.
