Joe Wheeler is an experienced banking professional currently serving as the VP - Deposit Product Manager at MidWestOne Bank, focusing on the development and management of deposit products. Previously, Joe held various leadership roles, including SVP - Commercial Segment Marketing & HTLF Customer Experience at HTLF, where responsibility for the Customer Experience program was undertaken. Joe also served as Senior Director at J.D. Power, successfully turning around underperforming practice groups, and as President/CEO/Owner of Field Midwestern Consulting, advising banks and credit unions on strategic growth and customer experience. Earlier experience includes executive positions at Aon, KPMG US, ReliaStar/ING, and Citigroup, where Joe developed comprehensive financial services solutions and drove significant revenue growth. Joe holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and English from Eastern Illinois University.
