Aaron O'Brien has extensive experience in the banking industry, currently serving as Vice President of Commercial and Ag Lending at MidWestOne Bank since July 2022. Previously, Aaron held the position of Vice President - Commercial Lending at First National Bank in Fairfield from September 2019 to July 2022 and Vice President - Commercial & Ag Lending at Peoples State Bank from December 2015 to September 2019. Aaron also worked as Vice President - Commercial / Ag Banker at MidWestOne Bank between August 2014 and December 2015 and as a Business/Ag Banking Relationship Manager at U.S. Bank from December 2009 to August 2014. Aaron's career in banking began at Community 1st Credit Union as a Commercial Loan Processor from 2005 to 2009. Educational achievements include a Graduate degree in Management / Banking from the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado (2016-2018) and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management with a minor in Economics from William Penn University (2003-2005).
