Michael Tachell currently serves as the Food Safety Quality Manager at Midwestern Pet Foods, overseeing the food safety plan, Quality Assurance team, and sanitation team since September 2022. Previously, Tachell held the position of Quality/BRC Manager at Green Bay Packaging for a brief period in mid-2022 and spent nearly eight years at Shawnee Milling Company, where responsibilities included developing Food Safety Plans and performing quality assurance as a QA Specialist. Tachell's career began at Shawnee Milling Company in a role as Sweeper/Trucker. An alumnus of Missouri Valley College, Tachell holds a degree in Recreation Administration & Human Service Management.
