Richard Allen is an accomplished automotive executive with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as General Manager at Jaguar Land Rover Cincinnati since October 2022, Richard also holds the position of Vice President of Corporate Operations at Midwestern Auto Group since December 2019. Prior experience includes leadership roles such as Managing Partner at Courtesy Cadillac, Vice President and General Manager at Jaguar Land Rover Cincinnati from 2008 to 2019, and Centre Manager at Jaguar Land Rover Louisville. Richard's career began as Fixed Operations Director at Volvo Mack Cincinnati from 1991 to 1997. Richard Allen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Texas State University, graduated in 1991.
