Janet Timm has over two decades of experience in sales and customer service, currently serving as a Sales Assistant and Bid Specialist at Midwest Tape, LLC since May 2001. In this role, Janet supports seventeen local and regional Account Executives and responds to Bid and RFP solicitations from library systems to foster business partnerships. Prior to this position, Janet worked as a Customer Service Representative at Churchill's Supermarket from January 1996 to March 2001. Janet holds an Associate's degree in Administrative Assistant and Secretarial Science from Owens Community College, obtained between 1986 and 1989.
