Doug's earlier experience includes managing customer service at Masco Cabinetry, overseeing operations at Merillat Industries, and serving as Plant Controller at both Lear Corporation and Automotive Industries, focusing on finance and accounting in the automotive sector. Doug holds an MBA in Management from Angelo State University and a BBA in Management Science/Accounting from Midwestern State University.
