Kenneth Rambo has a diverse background in operations and customer service, currently serving as an Operations System Analyst at MIS Insurance Services since June 2021. Prior to this role, Kenneth worked at Braishfield Associates for 14 years as a CSR and Software Support specialist, focusing on policy issuance and software specialization. Kenneth's experience also includes a guest service position at Universal Orlando, overseeing the operation of printing express passes, as well as a seasonal data entry role at the Florida Association of Realtors. Kenneth holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from the University of Central Florida and a 220 General Lines Insurance License obtained in 2015 from St. Petersburg College.
