Jon D. has a strong background in engineering and leadership roles. Jon started their career as an Application Engineer at Rand Worldwide in 1994. In 1996, they joined Midwest Industries, Inc. as a Mechanical Design Engineer and later advanced to the position of Engineering Manager. From 2010 to 2020, they served as the Vice President and Chief Product Officer, responsible for overseeing product development. In 2020, they were promoted to the role of President, and in 2021, they became the Chief Executive Officer of Midwest Industries, Inc.

Jon D. graduated from Iowa State University in 1994, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
