Aaron Harmon has over 15 years of experience in the manufacturing and recycling industries, currently serving as the Director of Single Stream Recycling and Maintenance/Facilities at Midwest Fiber Recycling since February 2015. Previously, Aaron held positions at International Paper, progressing from Process Supervisor to Operations Manager from June 2008 to February 2015, where responsibilities included overseeing the reliability of over 100 machines, leading maintenance programs, and enhancing production efficiency. Aaron also has experience as a Machine Technician at Plastipak Packaging, Inc. and as a Production Engineering Graduate Assistant at Eastern Illinois University. Aaron holds a Master of Science in Technology Management and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology, both from Eastern Illinois University.
