William Mutch has over 30 years of work experience in various engineering and management roles. William is currently the Director of Engineering at Midwest Fastener Corp., where they oversee the R&D, engineering, manufacturing, and support for the Hy-Ko brand key product line. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Innovation at Hy-Ko Products Company for 13 years, where they directed the R&D, engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and support for key product line and key duplication equipment. Before that, they worked as a Program Manager at Belcan Corporation for 10 years, managing project teams and leading the development of key duplication technology utilizing cameras. William began their career at Eaton as an Engineering Project Manager, where they developed expert systems to automate engineering functions and implemented preventive maintenance improvements.
William Mutch obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Computer and Information Sciences with a minor in Mechanical Technology from Cleveland State University in 1988. William later pursued a Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering from the same university, completing it between 1992 and 1995. Prior to their master's, they also acquired a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Technology from Cleveland State University, which they accomplished from 1990 to 1992.
