Taylor Miller has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and companies. Starting in 2011, Taylor worked as a Personal Support Worker at Acess for four years. In 2015, Taylor became a Benefits Specialist at DeVry Education Group, followed by a role as a Student Services Representative at Becker Professional Education. From 2016 to 2020, Taylor worked at Adtalem Global Education, first as a Human Resources Representative ll and then as a Human Resources Analyst. In 2020, Taylor joined CarMax as a Sr. Consultant, HR Services until 2022. Currently, Taylor is the Human Resources Director at Midwest Express Clinic, where they previously worked as an HR Manager from May 2022 to November 2022. throughout their work experience, Taylor has gained skills in various HR responsibilities such as recruitment, scheduling, employee relations, and staying updated on HR trends and best practices.

Taylor Miller earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University in 2019. Prior to that, Taylor obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Governors State University in 2015. Taylor's education journey started at Joliet Junior College, where they completed an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from 2011 to 2013.
