Renee L. has extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Renee began their career at ISO in 1996 as a Consultant in the Actuarial Consulting Division. After two years, they joined Safety National as the Pricing and Product Manager, where they worked for five years. In 2004, they moved to Midwest Employers Casualty, initially as the Manager of Web-Based Development & Strategic Initiatives. Renee quickly advanced to the role of Strategic Marketing & Brand Manager and then Assistant Vice President of Marketing. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President, Marketing at Midwest Employers Casualty.

Renee L. holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Public/Applied History from Carnegie Mellon University. Renee has also obtained several certifications, including "Become a Courageous Female Leader," "Marketing Analytics: Setting and Measuring KPIs," "Creating Psychological Safety for Diverse Teams," and "Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging," all from LinkedIn in the year 2020.
