Dustin Smith, FSA, MAAA, currently serves as an actuary at AF - Group since February 2024 and has extensive experience in the actuarial field. Prior to this role, Dustin held the position of actuarial analyst at Midwest Employers Casualty Company from July 2015, having previously worked as an actuarial consultant at Mercer and an actuarial analyst at Milliman. Additionally, Dustin began a career in finance at John Hancock Financial Services as a registered representative, assisting clients with financial goals through various insurance products. Dustin earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Hannibal-LaGrange College in 2006.
